ASHFORD MODULAR LOUNGE SPECIFICATIONS
Ashford Lounges can be upholstered in choice of fabric, vinyl, crypton, leather or Customers Own Material. Upholstery: Seat foam is bonded to all sides of hardwood frame. Seat cushions are 5" graded, high resiliency block foam covered entirely with special bonded polyester fiber to protect final upholstery. ERG uses only waterbase glues and adhesives in all our upholstery process.
Frame assembly is constructed of multi-ply hardwood, with tongue and groove construction. No sag-springs are installed in seat & back along with interlocking helicoil springs to prevent sagging and provide additional lower back and seat support. Modular units and benches come with 2” nylon glides in Black.
The Metal Legs are 2" diameter, 14 gauge steel tubing with a welded top flange. Legs are powdercoated in one of 24 metal finish colors. The Maple wood frame base and legs are made of solid maple and are assembled as a single unit, hand sanded and finished in one of four wood stain fishish colors.
